Our students, staff, and family and community members work together to reach this goal and to create school environments that are safe and supportive for all young people. This handbook contains useful information for the students and families of Newport News Public Schools including required notices, permission forms and the Student Code of Conduct. Families are encouraged to review the contents of this handbook with their students and keep it as a reference throughout the school year.
